Biography: Sos Agaian is a Distinguished Professor of Computer Science at the City University of New York’s Graduate Center and the College of Staten Island. His research spans artificial intelligence, computational and computer vision, and cybersecurity. He is internationally recognized for his contributions to imaging and AI, ranking #1 globally in image editing, placing within the top 0.1% of researchers in Computer Science according to ScholarGPS, and among the top 2% of scientists worldwide, as reported by a Stanford University analysis.
Dr. Agaian has authored more than 950 peer-reviewed publications, 10 books, and 32 patents, with several technologies successfully transferred to industry. He previously held the Peter T. Flawn Endowed Professorship at the University of Texas at San Antonio and served as a visiting professor at Tufts University. He founded major interdisciplinary research centers in visualization and cyber defense and has served as an associate editor for leading IEEE journals.
A Fellow of AAAS, IEEE, IS&T, SPIE, and AAAI, Dr. Agaian brings extensive leadership experience, having served as General Chair or Honorary Chair for more than 100 international conferences in image processing, computer vision, artificial intelligence, and related fields. He has delivered more than 40 plenary and keynote lectures worldwide and is a Distinguished Lecturer with the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society.

Biography: Prof. Dr. Muazzam Ali Khan Khattak (SM IEEE, AAAI, PAS, AIR Net) is currently serving as a Member of the NADRA Authority Board and has been listed among the top 2% most highly cited scientists worldwide in 2024 and 2025. He is the recipient of Gold Medals from the Pakistan Academy of Sciences-COMSTECH, QAU Best Research award and Gold Medal from the IEEE Islamabad Section. At present, he is Director of the Farab Center for Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security, Director of the ICESCO Chair in Data Analytics and Edge Computing and Director of Science & Technology at Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. He is also chairperson of UNESCO National IFAP Committee. Earlier, he served as Associate Dean of Computing and Head of the Postgraduate Program at SEECS, NUST.
He completed his PhD through a sandwich program between IIUI and the University of Missouri, (UMKC), USA, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at University of Missouri, USA. Later he joined UMKC as an adjunct professor. Prof. Khattak has authored 03 books and 16 book chapters with leading international publishers, in addition to more than 240 articles in reputed international journals and conferences. His work has earned him recognition as one of the world’s highly cited scientists, with over 7400 citations and an h-index of 46. His research focuses on Artificial Intelligence based smart solutions for Internet of Things, Internet of Vehicles, Smart Cities, and Information Security. He also holds adjunct professorships at the University of Missouri (USA), Texas American Muslim Universities (USA), Harbin Institute of Technology (China), USAK University (Türkiye), BAKU State University (Azerbaijan), and Margullan University (Kazakhstan).
He has been honored with the Pak Academy of Sciences Gold Medal, the Best Performance Award by the Ministry of Education in 2023, and multiple performance-based awards at NUST and QAU from 2015 till 2025, as well 02 best papers awards at International conferences. He has also been nominated for the prestigious civil awards Tamgha-e-Imtiaz and Sitara-e-Imtiaz. Over the course of his career, he has secured national and international research grants amounting to Rs. 1.7 billion from institutions including the Ministry of Education (Kazakhstan), the British Council, the University of Missouri (USA), USAK University (Türkiye), and Margullan University (Kazakhstan).
Prof. Khattak serves on international advisory boards at TEXAM (USA), USAK University (Türkiye), Baku State University (Azerbaijan), Harbin Institute of Technology (China) and International Research Network on AI Development and Governance (AIR Net), China. He is also member Senate/BOG at Mirpur University of Science and Technology, AJK and Islamabad University of Health Sciences and Emerging Technologies, Islamabad.

The manuscript in double-column format should have at least 4 full pages and up to 10 pages. If it exceeds 5 pages, the extra page(s) will be charged. Manuscripts must be written in English and follow the instructions at Manuscript Formatting and Templates.
To ensure the high quality of the accepted papers, all submissions will be peer-reviewed. Authors who submit manuscripts to the conference proceedings: confirm that the content of the manuscript is original. In addition, authorship of a submission also implies that the manuscript has not been previously published in any language, in whole or in part, and is not currently submitted for publication elsewhere.
Abstract submissions are also acceptable from authors who only wish to present their work and do not intend to publish it.
1) The paper selection will follow a double-blind review process, meaning that both authors and reviewers will remain anonymous during the paper selection process.
2) Submitted manuscripts will undergo an initial screening by plagiarism checker.
3) Submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by Scientific Technical Committee that in the field of the manuscript.
4) Submissions are rated by the committee members based on (i) originality (ii) design novelty (iii) advancement within the field and (iv) technical quality. Authors should provide clear evidence of what is novel in their work and/or the extent to which it advances the state-of-the-art. Since many submissions excel in either novelty or advancement, these two criteria are weighted equally. A high level of technical quality and clarity is a requirement for all submissions.
Eligibility: All authors of accepted papers must complete registration before the registration deadline to ensure inclusion in the conference proceedings and the official program.
One Paper, One Registration: At least one author per accepted paper must register at the Full Conference or Virtual Presenter rate. A single registration can cover a maximum of one paper.
Registration Completion: Registration is only considered complete after full payment has been received and the online registration form has been submitted.
Badge Requirements: A valid conference badge is required for admission to all sessions, workshops, social events, and the exhibition area.

If a registrant is unable to attend conference for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of co-authors or from the same institute/organization. Written requests for cancellations must be sent to ICAIES Conference Secretary via icaiesconf@163.com.
In case of cancellation, partial cancellation or modification the following fees apply:No Show: In the event of no-show, the author will, in all cases, be required to pay 100% of the value (including VAT).
Personal Reason: The organizer cannot provide refunds or pay any compensation if a participant is unable to attend the conference due to personal reasons, including travel difficulties, visa issues, health problems, and financial difficulties.
Force Majeure: The organizer cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.
